History
A legacy of excellence
Nurse anesthetists have been providing anesthesia care to patients in the United States for more than 150 years. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential came into existence in 1956 and, in 1986, CRNAs became the first nursing specialty accorded direct reimbursement rights from Medicare.

Garret Myhan MSN, CRNA
Owner and CEO
Garret has over 18 years of clinical experience in anesthesia care. He earned his Bachelors of Nursing from Harding University in 2000 and his Masters of Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2005 where he was the recipient of the Agatha Hodgins Outstanding Graduate Award.
Garret has extensive training and experience in anesthesia and analgesia for a wide variety practice settings including general surgery, pediatric surgery, cardiac and vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedic surgery, urological surgery, plastic surgery, opthalmic surgery, gynecological surgery, and obstetrics. He is fully trained and qualified to administer a wide variety of anesthetic services including general anesthesia, total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA), regional anesthesia, spinal and epidural anesthesia, deep and conscious sedation, and local anesthesia.
