Founded in 2021, Myhan Anesthesia Services is a group of talented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who are dedicated to the delivery of safe, state of the art anesthesia care to the citizens of Northwest Arkansas.

About our Staff

Garret Myhan MSN, CRNA

Garret is the owner and CEO of Myhan Anesthesia Services, PLLC. He fell in love with healthcare at the age of 17 when he enlisted in the Arkansas Army National Guard as a combat medic. He went on to earn his Bachelors of Nursing from Harding University in 2000 and his Masters of Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2005 where he was the recipient of the Agatha Hodgins Outstanding Graduate Award.

Garret has extensive training and experience in anesthesia and analgesia for a wide variety practice settings including general surgery, pediatric surgery, cardiac and vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedic surgery, urological surgery, plastic surgery, opthalmic surgery, dental surgery, gynecological surgery, and obstetrics. He is fully trained and qualified to administer a wide variety of anesthetic services including general anesthesia, total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA), regional anesthesia, spinal and epidural anesthesia, deep and conscious sedation, and local anesthesia.

Garret received his certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists in 2005. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and the Arkansas Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Garret has been providing safe, quality anesthesia services to the citizens of Arkansas for the last 18 years and he looks forward to many more years of service to his home state.
